Broiled Flank Steak

Broiled flank steak
2 pounds lean beef flank steak
¼ cup dry red wine
1 ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Vegetable cooking spray
Place steak in a large shallow baking dish. Combine wine and lemon pepper seasoning; pour over steaks. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Turning occasionally.
Coat a broiler rack with cooking spray.
Remove steak from marinade, and place on rack. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. To serve, slice steak across grain into thin slices.
Yield: 8 servings
