Cilantro Lime Dressing

Cilantro dressing
16 ounces jar of La Victoria salsa verde
1 package buttermilk ranch dressing (powder)
½ cup sour cream
½ cup low fat mayonnaise
½ cup buttermilk
1 cup cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
½ cup sugar
Tabasco sauce
Blend until smooth and creamy. I don’t use any tabasco and it still has plenty of kick from the cayenne pepper.
Makes 1 quart of dressing
