Cardamom Sweet Potatoes

 Cardamom sweet potatoes


2 medium size sweet potatoes

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom


Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Arrange sweet potatoes in a steaming rack. Place over boiling water; cover and steam until tender.


Combine remaining ingredients; blend well, and toss with hot sweet potatoes. Yield: 4 servings
