Chocolate Crinkles

Chocolate crinkles
1 ½ cup sugar
½ cup oil
4 squares (4 ounces) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Sifted powdered sugar
In a mixing bowl combine sugar, oil, melted chocolate, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Stir together flour and baking powder. Stir into chocolate mixture. Cover and chill. Using 1 tablespoon dough for each, shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar. Bake on a greased cookie sheet in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. While still warm, roll again in powdered sugar.
