Chocolate Glaze

 Chocolate glaze

1 square baking chocolate

½ teaspoon butter

Melt the baking chocolate and butter on top of a double boiler over simmering water. Use as a top layer over white icings, orange icings, butterscotch or other icings as a drizzle.
