Chocolate Ice Cream

Chocolate ice cream
2 squares baking chocolate
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup water
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream whipped
Melt the baking chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water. Add the condensed milk, and stir over boiling water for 5 minutes. Add the water and blend well. Cool, then add vanilla. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour into a chilled pan (8x8x2) and place in the freezer and freeze. Serve individually with fancy wafers.
