Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Crab stuffed mushrooms
12 large fresh mushrooms
Vegetable cooking spray
1 (6 ½ ounce) crab meat
¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
¼ cup thinly slice green onions
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon white pepper
Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels. Remove mushroom stems, and chop enough to measure 1 cup; set mushroom caps aside.
Coat a small skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add 1 cup chopped mushroom stems to skillet; cover and cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Combine cooked mushroom stems and remaining ingredients except mushroom caps in a small bowl, mixing well. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps; arrange in a baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yield: 6 servings
