Creamy Cucumber Dip

 Creamy cucumber dip

2 medium cucumber, unpeeled and grated

1 small onion, grated

1 (8 ounce) cream cheese soften

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon garlic salt

¼ teaspoon lemon juice

Place cucumber and onion on paper towels, and squeeze until barely moist.

Beat cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Yield: 2 cups
