Creole Icing

 Creole icing

1 tablespoon softened butter

¼ cup clear black coffee

3 tablespoons cocoa

Pinch of cinnamon

3 ¼ cup powdered sugar sifted

Combine butter, coffee, cocoa and cinnamon. Gradually add sugar, beating to spread consistency.
