Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs
6 egg
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped sweet pickle
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
Hard cook the eggs. Peel off shells; cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash; combine yolks with mayonnaise, pickle, horseradish, mustard, and salt. Refill egg whites. Sprinkle it with paprika. If desired. Makes 12
NOTE
This is a spicy deviled egg.
Check farm fresh eggs by placing them into a bowl of water. If they float, DO NOT USE. Once eggs have gone bad they will float.
Also eggs will peel easier if you cook them in salted water and once done, immediately put them into ice water.
