 Fruit Salad


1 (28 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained

1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

1 bag of small bag of marshmallows

1 (16 ounce) tub of cool whip


Mix together the fruit in a large bowl. Fold in the marshmallows and cool whip. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with cherries and mint leaves. 


NOTE: 

If you desire a less sweet salad, you can substitute sour cream for the cool whip.

You can use fresh tangerines or cuties instead of the mandarin organs.

Another way to kick it up is to add chopped walnuts or pecans.
