1 wheel blue cheese

2 ½ gallon buttermilk

2 quart cream

1 ½ cups garlic powder

2 cups wine vinegar

1 hand salt

1 cup cracked pepper

1 cup dry mustard

3 cups horseradish

1 cup sugar

2 gallon sour cream
