John's Hot Cocoa

 John’s hot cocoa mix


1 - 16 ounces bakers cocoa (hershey’s, nestles or any other brand). Empty cocoa into large bowl or container


Sugar - fill a cocoa container with sugar, plus 1 cup. Add to cocoa.


1 - instant dry milk (4 pound box)


2 - non-dairy creamer (35.3 ounces)


1 tablespoon salt



Mix all ingredients together in a large container. Makes approximately 3 gallons mix.


Fill cup or mug ⅓ to ½ full of mix, add boiling water and stir



For diabetic, use splenda, equal or other sugar substitute




Extra creamy cocoa mix



1 - 8 ounce baker cocoa


Sugar - fill cocoa container with sugar, pulse ½ cup, add to cocoa


2 - non dairy creamers 


1 teaspoon salt
