John's Mushroom Butter

 John’s Mushroom butter



2 pounds butter


½ cup minced onion


2 pounds minced mushroom


1 cup chopped parsley


Melt butter over medium heat, add onions and mushrooms. Cook until moisture evaporates about 5 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat and cook stirring until brown for about 5 minutes. Add parsley cool then add to whipped butter.
