John's Shrimp Batter

 Shrimp batter

1 bottle schlitz beer

1 cup egg whites

1 cup oil

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups flour

Mix beer, salt, and oil together until smooth. Beat egg whites separate till stiff peaks. Fold beer mixture into egg whites. It’s now ready for dipping shrimp and frying.
