John's Thousand Island Dressing

John’s thousand island dressing
Yield; 20 gallons
2- 5 gallon buckets mayonnaise
2- #10 cans chili sauce
2- #10 can ketchup
2 gallons sweet pickle relish
½ pound onions, ground
20 hard boiled eggs, ground
2 stalks celery
1 ½ cups lemon juice
2 ½ cups worcestershire sauce
1 cup red wine vinegar
6 cups sugar
Grind onions, celery and eggs.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly
store in 55 gallon canister
