Lemon Lime Puff

Lemon lime puff
4 eggs separated
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon lime zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon sugar
Vegetable cooking spray
Beat egg yolks in a medium bowl. Add the next 5 ingredients; continue beating 1 minute. Set aside
Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until foamy; gradually add 2 tablespoons sugar beating until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture; pour into a 1 quart soufflé dish coat with cooking spray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and firm. Yield 6 servings
