Mincemeat Pie

Mincemeat pie
1 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
1 (28 ounce) jar prepared mincemeat
1 cup pecans chopped
2 tablespoons orange juice
Orange Hard Sauce
Line a 9 inch pie plate with one pastry sheet, following package directions; set aside.
Combine mincemeat, pecans, and orange juice. Spoon mincemeat mixture into prepared pastry shell.
Cut remaining pastry into strips with a knife. Arrange strips in a lattice design over mincemeat mixture; seal and flute edges of pastry.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold with Orange Hard Sauce.
Orange Hard Sauce
2/3 cup butter softened
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
Combine all ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
