Old nag red and white
1 package of macaroni, cooked and drained
1 large can alfredo sauce
1 large can pasta sauce
1 pound grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 teaspoon parsley
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 pound spicy italian sausage, browned and drain
In a 5 quart casserole dish, spray it with cooking spray. Pour ½ of the macaroni into the bottom. Pour the alfredo and pasta sauce in strips alternately. Sprinkle half the mozzarella over the casserole. Pour all of the sausage over the casserole. Now place the rest of the macaroni on top. Then pour the rest of the sauces alternately over the pasta in an opposite order. Put the rest of the mozzarella on top. Sprinkle it with italian seasoning, parsley and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned on top.
