Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin bread
3 ½ cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 (18 ounce) can pumpkin
1 cup oil
2/3 water
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Combine dry ingredients; stir well. Add pumpkin, oil, water, and eggs; beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely. Yield; 2 loves.
