Strawberry Freeze

 Strawberry freeze

1 pound fresh strawberries, cored and washed

¼ cup sugar or to taste

Wash and stem strawberries. Place them into the blender. Puree until smooth. Add sugar to taste. Pour mixture into tall soda glasses. 

This may be served with scoops of vanilla ice cream to resemble ice cream floats. Another serving suggestion is to mix a shot of rum in. any berry may be used this way as a refreshing drink.
