Tangy Herbed Green Beans

Tangy herbed green beans
1 pound fresh green beans
Vegetable cooking spray
1 large onion, chopped
1 large stalk celery, chopped
½ cup chopped green pepper
¼ cup water
¼ to 1 teaspoon dried whole tarragon
½ teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Remove strings from beans; wash and cut into 2 inch pieces. Set aside.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add onion; saute until tender. Add celery and green pepper; cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green beans and remaining ingredients; cover and cook for 20 minutes or until beans are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
