 Watergate salad


1 (3.4 ounce) package of instant pistachio pudding mix

1 (8 ounces) can crushed pineapple drained

1 cup miniature marshmallows

½ cup chopped walnuts

½ (8 ounces) cool whip


Into the cool whip fold in the pudding mix, pineapple walnuts and marshmallows until completely mixed. Don’t overdo it because you want to keep it light and fluffy. Pour into a serving bowl. Chill for at least one hour. Garnish with cherries and mint leaves.
